Annual Caribbean HR conference ‘LOUD’ set for May 11-13

LOUD2022 to be held in Barbados in hybrid format; Caribbean Employment Services Inc. proud sponsor

BRIDGETOWN, BARBADOS — In under 24 hours, a crowd of HR specialists will flock to Barbados for the annual Caribbean Society of HR Professionals (CSHRP) conference, LOUD2022, taking place from May 11-13 EST

Caribbean Employment Services Inc. is a proud sponsor of the LOUD2022 CSHRP Caribbean conference.

The three-day event will be held in a hybrid format, and organizers promise virtual attendees will get the same fulfilling benefits as if they were attending in-person.

Caribbean Employment Services Inc. is also proud to be coming onboard as a sponsor for the first time in the event’s history.

Our CEO, Joseph Boll, has lauded LOUD2022 as a unique opportunity for the Caribbean’s best HR professionals to come together for networking, insight and collaboration in a way that will improve the industry throughout our region.

More than just an HR conference

CSHRP CEO Rochelle James and Planning Committee Chairperson Jodi Bernard-Kerr recently appeared as guests on the HR Sound Off Podcast Show with host Julie Turney, who will also be hosting on the third day of LOUD2022.

James explained, “The conference is from the 11th to the 13th, and last year we spoke on the CSHRP core values — leadership, opportunity, unity and diversity.

Caribbean Society of HR Professionals (CSHRP) CEO Rochelle James.

“You don’t have to live in the Caribbean to attend; you don’t need to be from the Caribbean at all. Come on down, wherever you are in the world. If you want to lead people, or you’re a people professional, join us.” - Rochelle James, CSHRP CEO

“This year, the theme of the conference is ‘Targeting Sight’. So, let’s be limber; let’s be open; let’s get uneasy.

“It sounds like some weird words to be putting together, but we promise you it’s going to be an amazing conference.”

She added, “It’s not just a regular panel discussion where it’s just chatting about random stuff; it is targeted to give you tools and then the presentations touching every side of HR.”
