Alorica seeks to hire for more jobs in the Dominican Republic
SANTO DOMINGO, DOMINICAN REPUBLIC — Those hunting for jobs in the Dominican Republic are in luck as a popular local company will be hosting a job fair tomorrow.
Alorica has announced a one-day job fair to be held on its property grounds at 27 de Febrero #269 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Wednesday, July 27.
An advertisement from the organization promised jobseekers a lucrative career ahead should they be hired.
Alorica is looking to hire for its Dominican Republic office.
“Summer is rising; the payment is oversizing,” it boasted.
Meanwhile, the company’s website said it was looking for “some crazy cool individuals” to join its Dominican Republic team.
“Apply today, and build a career you can be proud of,” the organization said.
Job openings
Alorica is offering some remote work for English speakers in the Dominican Republic.
The company did not disclose how many positions it’s looking to fill or for what specific roles in its Dominican Republic office at this time.
However, the company does operate a well-known call center and is likely recruiting to fill related positions.
Additionally, its website showed openings including customer service representatives, technical support representatives, payroll assistants and IT managers.
The organization also specified that it is looking to hire for both English and French-speaking jobs.
For the jobs requiring fluency in English, they could be either remote or onsite. Meanwhile, the jobs that require fluency in French are onsite only.
Interested applicants are asked to attend tomorrow’s job fair and bring a copy of valid Dominican Republic ID or a valid work permit.
At last report, Alorica employed some 2,700 residents at its location in the Dominican Republic.
It also operates other call centers in the Caribbean, with 130 operation centers across 14 countries.
Job perks

The company is also offering a sign-up bonus of up to $55,000 Dominican pesos (around USD$1,000) for those who are successfully recruited during tomorrow’s job fair.
But the company also offers its employees flexible scheduling and a state-of-the-art facility that includes game rooms, barista bars, a cafeteria and even an onsite infirmary.
Additionally, it has an onsite day care to take care of staff’s children while they’re busy at work.
